Online Meetings and Conferences

There’s a lot of buzz these days about oil prices, costly (and inconvenient) travel and carbon footprints — and one can’t help but notice how these things are affecting the way we live and work. Times are certainly changing, and so are the standards by which we do business.

In a recent blog post, bestselling author and marketing expert Seth Godin outlines the “new rules” of meetings and conferences. Put succinctly: “If you're going to spend the time and the money to see someone face to face, be in their face.” In other words, what you have to say had better be good.
